If you are looking for a simple, long lasting, and easy to use motor the Belimo LMB type/NEMOFTY Motor Actuators are what you are looking for! LMB/NEMOFTY motors are easy to install, easy to wire up ensuring a long life and minimal attendance. The motor comes with built-in LED’S to indicate damper blade position, where green indicates open and red for close. The motor also includes end-stops for Min/Max position capability to allow adjustment of air flow into a particular zone or area. The actuator can be mounted in any orientation.

The LMB/NEMOFTY uses a sensorless brushless DC motor, which is controlled by an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). The ASIC monitors and controls the actuator’s rotation and provides a digital rotation sensing (DRS) function to prevent damage to the actuator in a stall condition. Power consumption is reduced in holding mode.
