What is Your Returns Policy?
Here at Tower we offer our buyers a conditional return policy. Within 30 days you can receive a full refund on your item as long as it has not been used. Special ordered items are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Can I Purchase Items Not Listed on Your Site?
If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. Tower Equipment has connections to many manufacturers in the industry from coast to coast. The relationships we have built over the last 70 years in the HVAC industry allows us to be able to track down anything you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please our contact page to see how you can get in touch with us for pricing and availability. We will be more than happy to supply you with availability and/ or a quote on these items.

Do You Have a Local Branch Close to me That I Can Get an Item From?
At this time, we have two locations in Connecticut that you can come to and talk to our professionals face to face. Our warehouses are located in Stratford, CT and Hartford, CT. Please visit our contact page find directions and the full address listed.
